I bring years of experience in customer support and template development to the Innovatum team. As the BarTender software in-house guru, I spend most of my time developing label templates, answering questions, and providing timely resolutions to customer support inquiries.

As a former customer of Innovatum, I have some great ROBAR user experience to bring to the team, as well as writing and execution of validation activities. I have 6+ years of professional experience in the medical device industry working with companies to develop and implement both UDI and quality management systems. I love to design, as it lets me use my creative side, while also being hands-on in order to deliver results that exceed customer expectations.

I am mainly involved in supporting our products. I am first in line for all emergency support calls. I am involved in new installations and upgrades. I also help guide our customer’s connections with the ESG and the GUDID by helping with certificates and xml submission configuration through xslt. I have also handled many customer validation efforts. I have worked in the life sciences as a consultant for almost 30 years and have been involved in many ERP implementations.

My previous experience in operations was centered around making sure end products were labelled to meet regulation standards as they were being pushed out the door. I enjoy the process of breaking down an issue to find the root cause of it and finding solutions, and I look forward to finding solutions for our customers.

Back in December 2018, I started working for Innovatum as a Documentation Support and Analyst Intern. My tasks included assisting with help text documentation, risk assessment, and assisting with quality assurance testing. I have since been promoted to a full-time Quality Assurance Tester where I am currently involved with reviewing, writing, and executing test scripts and test plans.

I joined Innovatum with 10+ years of quality assurance experience, both in healthcare and legal services industries.

As QA Manager, I support and manage the QA team. I conduct training, assist in process improvements, perform internal installations, author and execute test cases and test plans, and coordinate validation of software changes.

I love chasing that elusive issue and identifying the solution to it. When needed, as a developer in the making, I also work on the creation of new software inside of the ROBAR labeling system.

As a programmer, I am mainly involved in adding, enhancing programs associated with Innovatum’s software – the ROBAR labeling system and related products. My concentration is on back-end business logic and sophisticated database manipulation.  I sometimes assist with supporting the products when needed.

I’m excited to lead Innovatum’s division to assist our customers with their hardware and media requirements. I bring 23 years of industry experience and work to identify business solutions that improve customer efficiency.  I have worked to set up partnerships with best in class suppliers of hardware and labels. The combined synergy on Innovatum’s software team and our hardware/media solutions provide our customers a complete labeling process.

Ardi tells me I run the company, and it is only partially true.

I manage Account Payable/Receivables. I process payroll and manage employees 401k plan. I close the books and assist our CPAs on tax return preparation. I purchase materials and office supplies. I manage the day to day tasks at hand to make sure that the office runs smoothly.

I make things happen at Innovatum. I will be the one handling your software installs, server configurations, and databases. I configure new systems, customize existing systems, and configure database replication. I write and run custom reporting queries and stored procedures to satisfy customer requirements and assist in support issues. I also assist with deep-dive support issues. But my most critical role at Innovatum is as Head Turkey Fryer for our company Thanksgiving feast every year.

My extensive background at Innovatum has included being the former Quality Assurance Manager and former Development Manager. Therefore, I am able to support and manage the entire software development life cycle. As the PMO and Project Manager, I believe in putting customers first, and I thoroughly enjoy being part of a team atmosphere, whether internally or externally. I have had the pleasure of working with many incredible clients over the years and continue to strive in building long-term relationships with each individual and company I work with. Additionally, I assist in gathering requirements, creating software mockups, supporting and managing team members, as well as encouraging process improvements.

I am responsible for guiding the development of methods and practices used at Innovatum to deliver systems of the highest quality consistent with customer, regulatory, and statutory requirements. My ongoing involvement with ISPE (International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering) and ASQ (American Society for Quality) keeps me in the know. With over 25 years of active operational employment, including several ERP and MES deployments within the life science industry, I bring a strong practical background of systems validation and business process development to Innovatum’s Leadership Team. “Having walked in our customers’ shoes – I get it!”

For the last several years, I have been instrumental in crafting incredible software, translating business needs of our customers from functional specifications to system architecture, and eventually programming modules. I am responsible for all aspects of development technologies and infrastructure at Innovatum.  I am fortunate that as a pragmatic developer I comfortably traverse the worlds of technology and business, creating resilient and extensible systems that delight our customers with their simplicity and power.

I bring several years of expertise in the finance and insurance industries. My previous experiences involved risk assessments, providing client support, and thorough documentation. I am looking forward to transitioning these skillsets at Innovatum to assist clients and maintain quality standards. My responsibility as a Label Designer is to map data elements according to the specifications provided by our clients and labeling regulations. As a QMS Specialist my goal is to preserve accuracy with due diligence and transparency across all the departments as per GMP. I love multitasking and providing that pristine quality while doing so no matter how many projects I tackle; I take that as a personal and professional challenge.

I’m part of the brain trust behind the scenes. I live in the code and enjoy lending a hand with engineering and solving tough problems for the team. I take pride in my programming as well as my ability to explain technical issues in plain English, and from time to time I help with hardware and networking considerations.

I come to Innovatum with many years of medical and industrial manufacturing experience. I am familiar with the manufacturing process from customer order to shipment of products. Over the years, I have been involved in various areas in manufacturing, change control, label design (Bartender and ROBAR), label printers, barcodes, GUDID management, GTINS, project management, database creation and management, new item setup and spec maintenance, ERP and PLM implementation, validation, and training. All of this, I will leverage to collaborate with our customers to understand their needs and help deliver an exceptional outcome.

As a previous customer of Innovatum, I was always impressed with them as an organization, especially their staff. I am delighted to be a part of such a wonderful team! I look forward to working with all of Innovatum’s customers and hope to provide a superb experience!

With 8+ years designing labels for medical devices, I understand the associated project timelines and cross-functional standards that guide compliant labeling. I am the facilitator for our incredible team and concentrate on removing barriers to our success. As a founder and a very hands on CEO my role has changed dramatically over the years from doing everything, to now helping our team maintain the same level of quality, passion, and dedication to our customers. Of course, I am still an evangelist for our solutions and love to architect their capabilities to meet particular needs of companies.
