Pricing

Published, because hiding it wastes your time.

Enterprise labeling vendors almost universally put a form where the price should be. Here are the actual numbers, so you can decide whether this is a conversation worth having.

Three shapes of deployment.

Annual subscription, USD. Every figure is a starting point for that shape of deployment, not a list price.

Base

~$40,000per year

A single site putting one validated system in place.

  • One manufacturing site
  • A core set of users and printers
  • The full control model: change management, audit trail, electronic signature

Mid-tier

~$150,000per year

Several sites, more users and printers, and more than one regulator.

  • Multiple sites under one configuration
  • Higher user and printer counts
  • Several markets, with destination-driven content

Enterprise

Contact Sales

A global network answering to several regulators at once.

  • Many sites, including contract manufacturers
  • High printer counts and production volume
  • US, EU, Brazil and China in the same product record

Approximate. The final figure depends on configuration: see what moves it below.

What moves the number.

Sites

How many manufacturing locations print from the system, and whether contract manufacturers are inside the same configuration.

Users

How many people design, review, and approve, and how many of those need signing authority.

Printers

How many print devices and lines are connected, which is usually the figure that separates a mid-tier deployment from an enterprise one.

Markets

How many regulators the same product record has to satisfy. Each market adds content rules rather than a parallel process, but it adds scope.

Questions about pricing.

Why publish prices at all when nobody else does?

Because the alternative wastes everyone's time. A buyer with a $40,000 budget and a buyer with a much larger one both currently have to sit through a discovery call to find out whether a conversation is worth having. Publishing where it starts means that question is answered before anyone picks up the phone.

Are these figures fixed?

No. They are approximate starting points for each shape of deployment, in US dollars, billed annually. The final figure depends on configuration: how many sites, users, printers and markets are in scope. Scope is agreed before a quote is issued, so the number in a proposal is a real number rather than a range.

Is it a subscription or a perpetual licence?

A subscription. RONOVA is licensed as an annual SaaS subscription, which covers the platform for the agreed configuration.

What happens when we add a site or a market?

It changes the configuration, so it changes the subscription. The system itself does not need replacing: adding a site or a market is configuration rather than a new deployment, which is the point of the tiers describing scale rather than different products.
